No Refund Policy for Handmade Items

We take great care in crafting each handmade item, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Due to the nature of handmade products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges for items that are unused and in their original condition.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
